Germanos Defense Services, Inc. was awarded a Prime contract #N00178-14-D-7296 under SeaPort-e, which is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas to include Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.

This award gives GDSI the opportunity to compete on Task Orders for the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in zone 2 (National Capital Zone) and zone 3 (Mid Atlantic Zone).

GDSI Quality Control program

Quality Management (QM) and Quality Assurance (QA) support (SOW 3.11) are integral components of all projects and programs. The GDSI Team is committed to the QA principle that each project is aligned with the intended purpose and executed right the first time.

GDSI served as a Panel Member at the 23 May 2013 American Society for Quality (ASQ) – Hampton Roads, VA event and has drafted Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) for numerous clients across a wide variety of commercial and military programs (drafted 11 QAPs year-to-date 2013).

Our team uses a detailed QAP that identifies QA goals, objectives, success criteria, strategies, work breakdown structure, management plans, and schedules. The iterative nature of our process facilitates delivering quality by dividing projects into manageable increments to ensure each meets the required quality standards while identifying and correcting quality issues before they adversely impact cost, schedule, or performance. We maintain ongoing communication during all contracts to ensure our products meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
